Added a userid.
Attempted to elevate access.
New userid was not recognized.Attempted to delete userid.
Received message "The Brain" had completed the task.
Attempted to recreate userid.
Not allowed to recreate as the userid is still there.
Showing the list of userids, deleted user is still displayed.
Although "The Brain" says the userid has been deleted, it appears that in fact it has not been deleted.

Hi again! Helpbot (the brain) does perform all tasks but not instantly unfortunatelly. It usually takes about ten minutes to go through but in some rare cases it may even take up to three hours in my experience (of over one year...) with the brain to do the job.

I found that 3 hours was not enough time in certain cases.
I found waiting 6+ was working out better.
